Returns
Check this against the consumer law that applies where you sell before publishing.
The short version
Unopened, non-personalised gifts can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
What cannot be returned
- Personalised items, because they are made for one person only.
- Printable and digital gifts, once the download has been sent.
- Items returned damaged or without their original packaging.
If something arrives damaged
Email orders@yourdomain.com within 7 days with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
How to start a return
- Email orders@yourdomain.com with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and a reference.
- Send the item back, and the refund follows within 7 working days of arrival.
