Dispatch times

Standard gifts: dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
Personalised gifts: dispatched within 4 working days.
Printable gifts: delivered by email, with no delivery charge.

Christmas deadlines

Order personalised items, including the Personalized Santa Reply Package, by 15 December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that date will still be sent, but we cannot promise a pre-Christmas arrival.

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. State your exact bands here before launch.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves the workshop. If it has not arrived within the expected window, email orders@yourdomain.com with your order number.
